INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This text has been prepared by Hanife Özsoy Makeup Artist to fulfill the obligation to inform regarding the processing of personal data of customers utilizing our services, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698.

2. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSE, AND LEGAL BASIS
Your Identity and Contact information (Name, Surname, Phone) are processed for the purpose of creating appointments and performing services, based on the legal reason 'direct relation to the establishment or performance of a contract' pursuant to KVKK Article 5/2-c.
3. PURPOSE OF TRANSFER AND RECIPIENT GROUPS
Your personal data is not shared with any domestic 3rd parties. Transfer to overseas servers (Cloudflare, Google) used for data security and backup infrastructure occurs only with your explicit consent.
4. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected electronically via our WhatsApp communication line and appointment scheduling channels through automatic or partially automatic methods.
5. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER KVKK
You can always apply to us in writing via our contact number (WhatsApp) mentioned above to exercise your rights (deletion, correction, transfer of data, etc.) within the scope of Article 11 of the Law.
EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT
As Hanife Özsoy Makeup Artist, if you grant explicit consent, we would like to inform you about the processes of using overseas server infrastructure.
If you give your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data, your data will be processed for the purpose of securely backing up your appointment records (Name, Surname, Phone, Service) and ensuring system security by transferring them to infrastructure providers with servers located abroad (Cloudflare D1 Database and Google Workspace) that provide global standard security, within the scope of KVKK Article 9.
We would like to inform you that if you give your explicit consent, you can withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
